How To Lose Weight By NATURALLY Eating Less (Without Dieting)

Ever wonder why diets don’t work? It’s because dieting is a rigged game.
When you go on a diet, the deck is stacked against you, and you’re almost guaranteed to fail.
It’s not your fault. It’s just biology.
Let me explain:
Since the dawn of time, humans have been under stress.
Back before people started farming, it was really hard to find food. I mean, hunting mammoths isn’t easy — and if we found a patch of berries or something, we were usually competing with birds for it.
What was an ancient human’s number one source of stress? Not having enough food!
So, when we get stressed out... we eat.

We chow down on whatever’s nearby.
Especially if it’s heavy on carbs, sugar, fats, or all of the above.
“Problem solved,” our brain goes. And we feel better.
What does this have to do with going on a diet?
Well, going on a diet is...
You guessed it...
Stressful.
When you go on a diet, you don’t get the food your body’s used to, a whole bunch of alarm bells start ringing.
And you want to head back to your “comfort zone”... which means eating!
When you go on a diet, you need pizza, ice cream, french fries, and all those other unhealthy but oh-so-delicious comfort foods to make you feel better again.
(No wonder they call them “comfort foods”!)
You know they’re not good for you... but oh, they’d feel so, so sweet.
You can try to hold off for a while... but the cravings will always set in.
Eventually, those cravings get to be unbearable... and no matter how strong-willed you are, you’ll crack eventually.
Going on a diet is kind of like trying to hold your breath. Eventually, your body will always give in.

So if dieting doesn’t work... is there another way you can make yourself eat healthier?
There actually is.
The key is, when you’re stressed out, you need something else to relieve your stress — instead of eating.
That way, your body’s alarm bells stop going off, and you can sit peacefully.
One way to ease stress is to smoke cigarettes. That’s why smokers are so thin: the nicotine calms their nerves, so they don’t need to stress-eat.
But... that’s even worse!
You don’t want to replace one unhealthy addiction with another. That’s like trying to put out a fire by throwing gas on it.
I’m certainly not recommending you start smoking cigarettes just so you can lose a few pounds.
Thankfully, there are other things you can do.
For example... have you heard of incense?
The magic of incense.

What is incense?
Well, you burn it, and... it smells amazing.
Ancient cultures used it in religious rituals, because it makes people feel better.
Today, you can use it to fill your home with a pleasant aroma that — you guessed it — de-stresses you.
Even better, the smoke cascades downwards ever-so-slowly, because incense is just slightly heavier than air.
That looks really cool, and it creates an additional calming effect. Giving you even more protection against stress-eating.
You don’t even have to deliberately go on a diet. Burning incense will make you naturally want to eat less!
The flavors of incense
Incense isn’t just for stress reduction.
In fact, there are a whole bunch of different “flavors” of incense that can help you with just about anything.
For example, mint incense helps you focus, lemon incense reduces nausea and stomach aches, lavender incense helps you sleep, and rose incense promotes general happiness.
This means you can use incense to engineer the right environment for you and your family that day.
Need to get to sleep? Pop in some lavender.
Need to stay up late? Try some green tea.
Want to relax? Try the jasmine. (That’s my personal favorite!)
